Adoption Guidelines & Application

If you are interested in adopting, please fill out the application below. Since we need to ensure the safety of all our dogs, here is what can be expected for all applicants: 
Vet Reference, Personal References, Home Visit & Dog Meet (if needed)
At the time of adoption, all dogs will be UTD with age appropriate shots, microchipped and altered.  In the event the dog is not old enough for spay/neuter, the adoption contract will not be finalized until the pup has been altered. 

ADOPTION DONATION

PUPPIES < 1 Years - $475  |  ADULTS 1-5 YEARS - $275  |  MATURE 5+ YEARS - $225 
Our adoption fees help offset the cost of: pull fees, transport fees, veterinary care, medications, spay & neuter... just to name a few. The majority of the dogs that we take in require more than routine veterinary care. ​
 *You will be notified only if your application is approved.  We will contact you if we have any questions about your application.*
If your application is approved, you will be required to complete our Adoption Contract to finalize the adoption.
